My Unlock code doesn’t work!

There are 5 reasons why your unlock code won’t work, please review them below:

1) Make sure you’re trying to register the correct version of the software you purchased. We offer two versions. Message Board Blaster, and Message Board Blaster Pro. Be sure to install the correct version you purchased, or else your unlock code wont work.

2) If your trying to install an older version of Message Board Blaster, and it will not connect to the registration server, or you get a connection error, you’re running an older version. You need to download and install the newest version (4.1) . Your same unlock code will work as before.

Be sure you Uninstall the old version, prior to installing the new version. Make sure it says Version 4.1 on the “About Screen” after you install the new version.

3) If you are attempting to unlock software from 2003 or earlier, these old versions are now fours years old no longer supported and require a new purchase. The boards we were posting to back in 2000-2003 at ( www.insidetheweb.com ) have now closed down and are out of business. Your purchase of this software is over 6 years old, and those versions are no longer supported, and your old unlock code will not work for the new version.

4) If you are attempting to unlock software for a recent purchase, Please be sure you are using the copy/paste method to enter the unlock code, and there are no extra or ‘blank’ spaces before or after the unlock code itself.

If you are manually typing in the code, Sometimes an L or (l) may look like a 1, when it’s really an “L”. The best way to be 100% certain you are entering the exact number is to copy/paste the block of numbers into the unlock code box.

HERE’S HOW:

Copying and pasting is a standard function that all Windows operating system support.

1. Open the email you received that contains your unlock code and Select the unlock code (block of #’s) with your mouse

3. Next, position your curser in the unlock code field (in the software) and press Control+V (paste)

Be sure you have not copied/pasted any blank spaces, click on register button , and your unlock code will work.

5) Check your firewall. Be sure you allow the software to access the internet and connect to our registration server when you register. Your firewall may be blocking the access. Allow the connection when prompted by your firewall, or disable your firewall and try again.

If you try to post more than the allowed 500 boards per 24 hours, you will get blocked from doing so, and you’ll have to wait at least a full 24 hours to post again. 24 hours means 24 hours, not the next day. This is a limitation set forth by instantmessageboards.com in order to prevent users from over-posting to their boards.
